Thanks for taking the time to read this. We care deeply about protecting your privacy and are committed to making Expreem a product that people love and trust. This document outlines how we use and disclose the personally identifiable information (which we call “Personal Information”) and other information that we collect. If you have any questions that aren’t answered here, please feel free to contact us anytime at info@expreem.com.

In this Privacy Policy, we use the terms “Expreem”, “we”, “us” and “our” to refer to Expreem Ltd (the company that makes Expreem). “Service” includes any websites or applications we operate, including this “Site” (www.expreem.com), the site www.expreem.com and the Expreem mobile app. “You” or “your” refers to users of our Service.

What information do we collect?
When you provide us with your “Data and Personal Information”, you signify your agreement with our “Privacy Policy”. If you do not accept this “Privacy Policy”, please do not provide us with your personal data. You have the option of accepting or refusing communication from us each time that we send you a request for information. This “Privacy Policy” forms an integral part of the terms and conditions governing the use of this application.

When you use our Service we may collect Personal Information and other information from you, as described below:

Personal Data and Information:
Hereafter the “Personal Data and Information” are designated as the information concerning an identifiable individual. Expreem collects the data and information when you supply them to the “Service” (when your account is created, when members are added or modified). The “Personal Data and Information” may include your name, First name, email address, account information, IP address, mobile number, as well as information about the members linked to your account, other contacts. Expreem may disclose your Non Personal Data and Information and aggregate information to third parties without your authorization. If you do not agree to provide such information, please do not provide such information, your access to the Service will be limited or refused.

Non Personal Data and Information:
Hereafter the “non personal data and information” collected by the “Service” are designated as information which does not make it possible to identify an individual directly or indirectly, such as the sex, the language, the telephone identifier code, the unique apparatus identifier, the localization, the time band in which the product is used, the country of connection to the “Service, as well as information concerning the activities and the navigation of users of the “Service”, to allow the “Service” to better understand, improve, develop its services, products and advertising. If “non personal data and information” should be associated with “Personal Data and Information”, the whole of this information will be treated as “Personal Data and Information” as long as the information remains associated.

Non-Identifiable or Aggregated Information.
When you use our Service, we also receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Expreem may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Expreem affiliates, agents or service providers. This Service may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Service, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers, and how our users use and interact with the Services. At times, Expreem also conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Information and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis. Expreem may share this non-identifiable and aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners, but this type of non-identifiable and aggregate information does not identify you personally. Expreem may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
In operating our Service, we may use a technology called “cookies” to help provide additional functionality and analyze Site usage more accurately. If you are interested, your Web browser should contain a Help section that explains how to receive notifications when you receive a new cookie and how to turn cookies off.

Your information may be subject to abuse, misuse, and monitoring by others, and you share this information at your own risk.
